🎵 About: An alchemist that just wants to help the people that decided to take her in. Elfnein is the type to push herself beyond human limits in order to get the job done, like not sleeping for a week or working nonstop without breaks for days. She has a lot of knowledge implanted in her but lacks the common sense of learning normal things the hard way.
🎵 PriPara Style: CoCo Flower Coords are a good base, just add some science things.
🎵 Manager: I honestly have no idea, I was thinking they could get a bird as a manager to fit the oh so fan fav symphobird thing that pixiv loves to draw.

Elfnein will be in good company since lots of the non-glasses NPriCs are Vocal Dolls. They will be so happy to see a doll has become a real girl!

Also Aqua being a Celeb would mean that Hibiki is....irrationally disposed to approve of her. This is amazing.
